Dear Jotform,
We recently updated the e-mail contact on our account from jen@childrenshospitaltrust.co.uk to ben@childrenshospitaltrust.co.uk however Ben is not receiving e-mail notifications when people are filling out the registration form, despite this option being selected.Please can you advise?

I have checked the mail logs and see that the emails sent successfully from our end.
Could you please check your junk/spam folders?
