I am a subscriber to the Silver Plan. I am now seeing branding on one of my Forms?????

You can edit your Autoresponder notification to remove the JotForm Branding.
Here's how:
Go to your Form Settings > Emails and open the Autoresponder.
In the Email content section, click on the table where the Jotform Branding is located then delete the table.
