The solution provided is complex and mines it not that complex. So please go back to the original thread which was private.

To my understanding, you would like to pass the value of the Total field and the Localized Date of Enrollment field from the form you linked in the original thread to another form in your account.
Can you tell us which field and form in your account would you like to have the values to be passed, please?
Do you want your respondents to be redirected to the Second Form right after they have submitted the form from the original thread? Or, would you want them to receive a link in their email that will redirect them to a prefilled Second Form with values from the First Form?
We will wait for your response.

Hi Mike or Jherwin,
I am just looking to pull the prorated and total over from the prorated calculation form to the membership form. I want to hide all the items that are on the prorated form from the membership form so when I integrate the form with google docs I don't get all the elements built on the prorated from.
Thanks for your help!

And from which form to which form you want to pass the information?
Please share so we can assist you further.
Thank you!
