Hi,
I have cleared the Cache manually. It still shows as full. Please Clear the Cache.

That message shows because you exceeded the 100MB limit for a FREE plan. I checked your account and I think the uploaded file that is causing the issue is in the form located in your Trash folder.
Please delete the file uploaded to that form to free up your storage or upload space.
