Hi,
I'm a billing company and am inquiring for a client who is an urgent care practice.
Since patients do not make appointments and are "walk in's", we do not email patients prior to their appointments.
- We would like to give the patient a tablet upon arrival and have them complete: Patient demographics, insurance information, hipaa statement and patient financial responsibility forms.
-Would also like to be able to take a picture of their insurance(s) and driver's license.
