we run a baseball club, we use jotform as registration to collect data. in some cases, people will complete registration but we don't need them to pay - but the final step still takes people to paypal
how do we skip paypal in certain conditions?
Thanks!

You are using PayPal integrations which will require them if they choose an item or product listed in the payment field. If you do not want to charge the user and make them pay by check then you can use the Purchase Order integration instead of PayPal.
Guide: How to Create Payment Form with Purchase Order
You must first remove the PayPal field before you can add a purchase order to your form.
The item listed will not be removed, it will automatically be added to the Purchase Order after you add it to your form.

You may setup your form to have purchase order and PayPal.
You may check this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form
Another way would be to manually add a product and pass the total value to your payment field if you choose PayPal.
You would have to assign values to your product.
Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
and pass the calculation to your payment field.

If purchase order, we use the hide/show condition

Hope this information helps.
