Good morning!
First of all, I want to say that I really enjoy using JotForm. We've used it here for a couple of years, and it's great! We're happy to be paying customers.
For the first time, though, we're having a slight issue. On our Medical forms for Brayman Construction, I added a couple of new questions. When the forms are submitted, the email shows those new questions perfectly. However, the PDFs are not showing those questions, and the PDF copies are what we need to use.
Is there any chance you could look into that issue for us?

There are a couple things that can be done to fix this. Either add the new questions to your current PDF or simply create a new PDF:
https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
The newly created PDF would contain all current form fields in the same order of the form.
