I have had a couple of people fill out forms and say that when they hit the submit button they get an error page. I looked to see if I got their completed form, but no luck.
These were two different forms that had the error pages.

One woman who filled out the form got the error page twice and gave up. I don't know how many others got the error page and did not contact me.
Can you tell me what is happening? Thank you.

On testing the Form, I was not able to replicate it. Could you please ask the user to get the screenshot of the error page so that we can guide you further.
Also, in which browser were they trying to submit the Form.
To post the Screenshot refer to this guide:

Thanks.

The last person who had this issue gave me this info:
I use Firefox with a couple of plug-ins. I run noscript to block background scripts, but have jot forms and cloudflare okayed and the page was allowed to load with unrestricted access. I have submitted before with no problems. I also use a plugin called Smart HTTPS, which adds a secure connection to pages that are not already secured. All jotforms should be https already though. Thanks!
fyi - my submission on one of the other forms worked just fine today.
Hope that info helps. Not sure how the screen shot of the error page would help unless you have different error pages for different scenarios, but she did not have time to do it when I asked her.

The Form which you have is secure with https in it.

Have you embedded the Form in any website which is not secure?
From the error screenshot, we can find out the root cause. There are different error received like "Incomplete values error" or "502 error" or anything.
From the browser console logs too we can check the cause if any antivirus or any firewall blocking the page to submit.
The user can also check their browser console logs:

Looking forward to your response.
Thanks.
