You can send your PDF document using the "Share" feature. Please, check the following screencast:
OR
You can attach a PDF document to the Autoresponder/Notification email.
For this, you need to have checked as "Yes" to the "Use New PDF Editor" option which is placed under the "Form Settings".
After then, make sure that the PDF document you added to your email is the same as the one you're editing.
I've created a "GIF" in order to show you how to attach the edited PDF document to the notification/autoresponder email. Please, check the related "screencast" is shown below:
(Note: Please be sure that the format in which you want to attach your pdf document to the notification/autoresponder email is selected)

He creado un campo oculto y el envío por email de un PDF condicionado a ese campo.
El usuario no lo ve pero yo, cuando edito el formulario, lo cambio y al pulsar enviar, sale por email el documento PDF

NOTA:
Una curiosidad: El editor de PDF crea los documentos con el nombre que yo le indico (el campo NOMBRE) y cuando lo descargo es perfecto.
Sin embargo, cuando lo envío por email con el método antes descrito, el archivo PDF adjunto es el correcto pero su nombre es el ID y no el campo NOMBRE. ¿Es normal? ¿He cometido algún error al diseñar?
