Hello there. Our forms are all filled out and updated but when receive them after they've been submitted the forms say 2017 instead. I don't see where to change that portion of the form - and it's a little embarrassing. Help. Thanks.

It seems to be caused by an outdated email template. To fix this, you can edit the email notification/autoresponder template:
Settings > Emails
Alternatively, you can re-create the email notifications and autoresponders:
1) Delete current email notification/autoresponder
2) Add a new email notification and/or autoresponder.
