How do I Change file name for new PDF?

Hi, I have been using the new PDF editor for referrals from managers for occupational health who are referring their employees. The PDFs which are generated from the new PDF editor have the name of the manager as the title whereas I need this to be the employee. How do I go about setting this as I cannot see where the option is to change this? Many thanks!

You may change your PDF file name in the PDF editor>Layout Settings>Customize>PDF File Name and select what field in the form you want your PDF file name.
