Hello again Tracy,
I'm afraid I didn't quite understand what you need to achieve. Do you need to send a prefilled PDF via email? Can you explain a bit more about it, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? In the meantime, we can suggest sending a manual prefilled form by email, where your user just have to click on it, check and submit. Let me show you:
1) In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2) Select Prefill on the left side of the screen and choose Manual Prefill.
3) Click on the Add a New Prefill button. This will open the form where you can enter the data for a further prefilling.
4) Fill in all the fields you wish to prepopulate. Once done, click on the Create button.
5) Finally, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the prefilled form.
6) Select Send invitation and customize the message (optional). That's it.
