Organizing of Stocks for time slots

I Can't seem to get my stock to do this. Can only get a drop down menu in the first sub option (5-6pm) and not others.

I have checked your form and the screenshot you have shared. As per my understanding, you are trying to set a stock on how many people can register for a slot. You can replace the Product List with Appointment element and change the Appointment Type to groups. This will let you select stocks for the slots. Let me walk:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under Basic tab, drag and drop Appointment element on your form.
3. Now, click on the Appointment element on your form and then click on the Gear icon, located on the right.
4. In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, click on Advance tab.
5. Click on Group under Appointment Type, and then add number of available slots.
