Conditional error: Overriding previous selection

I created a form and added conditional logic

Scenrio: My customer selects they would like to order 1 item and they are asked if they would like to add to their order. I added the conditional logic that would let them go back to the top and select another item but when the order is submitted it will show one item and not the other. It is if the form is letting them start from the top without adding the first item but will input the second item when it is submitted.

I hope this make sense and someone can help me.

    Hi Jae,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the condition you have set is making the user to go back to the previous card. With this, the form will make the user select a new option and overriding the previous selection. I suggest in your process for selection of product, you can use Product List element to have all product all in one place. The user will now have the option to select multiple product. Let me show you how.

    1. In the Form Builder, click the Add Form Element.

    2. Search for Product List in the BASIC Tab.

    3. Click and drag the Product List element in the form.

    4. Select the element and click on the cart icon on the right side to configure the element.

    Jovito,

Thank you for that! I will try to make the change and see how that works.
