Unable to upload .mov files via File Upload field.

Problems uploading video from computer or phone to a jot form. Does Jotform not accept .mov?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you'd like the file uploader to accept .mov format files, you can add this in the field's properties. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on your File Upload field, then the gear icon that'll appear beside it.
2. In the File Upload Properties panel, go to Options.
3. Add mov in the File Types section.
