in the form that has the calculation widget, I can’t ignore one field. I want the calculation to consider the value of either question 2 or question 3 (not both) depending on the conditions that I added, but it’s not working. Could you assist?

    Hi Rodrigo,

I didn’t fully understand what you were trying to calculate. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Do you want to show different calculations for questions 2 and 3?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Yes, exactly!
The form skips question 2 if the answer to question 1 is USA and it skips
question 3 if the answer is Brazil.
However, for the calculation, it's considering the value of both questions.
I want the final result to consider only the value in 2 if answer to
question 1 is USA and the value in 3 if question to 1 is Brazil.
    Makes sense?

    Hi Rodrigo,

Currently, you only have 1 calculation widget. You must add another form calculation widget to designate each calculation for the USA & Brazil and then add a Show/Hide field condition. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click the calculation widget field.
    2. Click on the Wand Icon or Widget settings.
    3. Under the form calculation widget, remove the question 3.

    Hi Rodrigo,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that your conditional logic wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar.
    2. Go to Conditions, hover over your mouse on the first condition, and click on the Gear icon.
    3. Click on Disable.

    4. Next, we edit your condition when Estados Unidos is selected, copy the screenshot below and click Save.

    Hello Rodrigo,

You do not want to display the last 2 questions in form on any condition? I reviewed the form, and you have added conditions to show these questions based on the answers in the first question Onde você estará quando solicitar seu Green Card? To solve this, you need to disable the condition that shows these questions. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab from the orange navigation bar.
    2. Click Conditions on the left menu.
    3. Select the last two Conditions, and then click on the Disable button on top.

We're literally running in circles! The solution you're providing me is
getting me back to my original issue.
    We have 2 scenarios:
    a) conditions 6 and 7 are *enabled* and they return the right result.
However, I don't want to show the 2 last questions in my form. They should
function only as a calculator so I can show a value in my thank you page
    b) conditions 6 and 7 are *disabled* and I go back to the original issue,
which is the wrong value at the end of the form (see below again)
    - Question 1: USA
    - Question 2: 2
    - Question 3: No
    - Question 4: No
    - Question 5: Complete
    - Result: $11,305, *which is the wrong result!*

    Hi Rodrigo,

When I cloned and tested your form, I had the same issue. After investigating, I found that you're using the Unique Name from the "CP: Custo estimado do seu processo em dólares incluindo as taxas de imigração" fiel in the Thank You Page. And based from the condition, this field is for "Brasil" selection. Check out my screenshots below:

Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 140

Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 151

Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 162
To fix this, change the Unique Name in your Thank You Page to {aaCusto}, as this is the one coming from the "AA: Custo estimado do seu processo em dólares incluindo as taxas de imigração" field.  Check out my screenshot below:

Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 173
Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your "AA: Custo estimado do seu processo em dólares incluindo as taxas de imigração" field.
    2. From the Advanced tab, click on Field Details and copy "{aaCusto}" from the Unique Name.Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 184
    3. Go to the bottom of the page and click on Edit Thank You Page.Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 195
    4. In the Thank You Page, replace {total} with {aaCusto}. Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 206

    Here is the result:

Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 217 The problem with this is when "Brazil" is selected, you will get the result from the "Estados Unidos" as its unique name is the one present. I suggest, changing your thank you message using the conditional logic. Let's do this:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window and add two Change Thank You Page. Calculation Widget: I can’t ignore one field Screenshot 228
