Unable to get into my account

    holy cow this is me so screwed up. 3 days I could not get past login with email screens that start a new or blank account.

    I can't get the contact us page to complete either. I will never get going to be able to start an enterprise account if you can't reset my account. all emails were included.

    when I input my email, jotforms recognizes it as an existing account and logs me in to a new blank account.

    I understand that issue. Can you please share with us the email address associated with your paid account? Or the Form URL that belongs to your paid Jotform account so, I can check and find out what's going on? If possible, can you also share with us the screenshot, it will be helpful for us.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    I was just getting started i can share a url of a form but its not a paid account so I guess I'm done loosing time on this. lot of work wasted.

    Hi Kent,

    Once you share a form URL associated with your Jotform account which is not paid, then we can still be able to help you and find out what's going on with your account. Have you changed the email address of your account recently? What type of the error are you getting when you try to log in? Is your form is embedded on your website?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    can you refer me down to not enterprise level help to reset the login id and password and send it? you were given everything. at this point I must assume you have big security issues if I can't get reset, and your company has my phone number, 4 emails, and my company name.
    I will pull my form drop ins and delete the app I worked on by 8 o'clock and hit social media about your free carrot and stick not even giving a chance to see how your forms might work before you turn some enterprise pay us knives in the back?

    Hi Kent,

    You're already connected to a non-Enterprise Support Forum. I tried searching for an account using the email address that you're using to reach out to us, but it's only associated to a Guest account. Note that Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email account. If you want, you can use the same email address to create a new account through this link.

    But if you're referring to a different account, can you give us the account email address or username? We couldn't see any details related to the account in your replies above. If you're trying to attach a screenshot, check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum.

    yes, embedded on wordpress rfq and started a membership at

    I tried turning on 2 factor authentication, and adding a backup email, and then after having no luck editing my primary login email I changed the account ID, I think, but it started to freeze up, and I could never get back in after I left my machine and Microsoft snuck in a reboot. I lost the tab I was in, and couldn't log in but to a fresh new account.
    Evan help support window recognizes my email and launches jotforms, but puts me in no forms start up new account my forms cc window.

    how would I screen shot what I can t get to?
    if free starter account is a guest temporary account, bad on me for putting 150 hours in to understand how your tools work and hunt for controls.
    kentweldy@msn.com works but
    blank
    and waytogosolar@outlook.com works, but also appears blank.
    where did my forms and app go? does free starter equal guest and equal erase after so many days?
    I don't recall being told I had a time to delete use, as I was logged in to upgrade window when I left and came back to find my machine did a reboot
    well just fuck me dead

    Hi Kent,

    I can find a Jotform account under the starter (Free) plan, which has three forms. You should use the waytogosolar@gmail.com to access your forms and the data. The guest account is a used for the one time log in, and it is a temporary account. Here is a link that will explain how what the starter plan contains.

    The email address: kentweldy@msn.com is associated with the temporary account. This email address: waytogosolar@outlook.com is having a starter (free) account with no forms and the data. So, you should try to log in using the waytogosolar@gmail.com in order to access your three forms. Here is a guide on how to share a screenshot with us here. You can clear your Google Chrome's caches and then log into your Jotform account that has forms. Do note that when you clear your browser caches; you will be logged out from many websites.
