How Can I see who edited the form?

    I would like to add an additional table that shows who user edited the form.

    Hi GinaL4,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The only way to know when a form is edited is through the Notification Email. You can enable this feature so that you receive an email whenever the form is edited. The email will have "Edit" in the subject line. Let me show you how to enable it in your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover the mouse over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil Icon.
    4. Under the Advanced Tab, check the box next to Send When Submission Is Edited.
    5. Lastly, click on Save.
