My Credit Card Application form is not available on my website and I need it

Hello my credit application is not available on my site please fix immediately I need it I am fully paid this should not happen

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems your form is currently disabled, that's why it's not available. I can walk you through how to enable it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Under the Form Settings page, hover over your mouse and click on the side arrow of the Form Status.
3. Click the Dropdown Arrow, choose Enable and click on Save.
