My form functions flawlessly.
BUT, the EMAIL contains missing information, and the PDF has missing info also. Also the PDF is a little weird at the moment, things not in order, a 2nd page, some things NOT side by side like on my online form.
What can I do, to reset email and PDF settings that originally I though auto-build-updated as you made changes to your form
I tried to upload 2 files for you to look at, hope it worked.

Hi Ronnie,
I checked your submissions, you only have 1 in record. The data on the submission on your table is complete and matching the PDF and when I also viewed it on the PDF editor. Can you provide more details on the missing information on the email field and the PDF?
