Hotel Reservation Form

I'm trying to create a hotel reservation form for a all-state student event.

    I have the following options/parameters:

    • choice of hotel (3 hotels)
    • choice of room type (single or double room)
    • number of each room type (coming by school groups, not individual reservations)
    • choice of check in/out date (most would be Thurs/Fri, but some variations)
    • online calculation & payment

I am comfortable using to conditional formatting to show hide options (if hotel 1 chosen, other hotel options hidden). Also comfortable with calculation & payment widgets.

What I looking for is a way to control/show room stock when the options of check in/out vary.

For example if I have 20 rooms available on Thursday at Hotel 1, and a group selects 5 rooms starting on Wednesday and a second group selects 5 rooms starting on Thurs - I would only have 10 remaining rooms for Thursday. Looking for a way to show that inventory so we don't overbook.

Ideally the customer would only see the parameters above (which hotel, room type, check in/out, total due)

    Steve
