    Hi all,

I'm adding a calculation to my form and want the result to show a value (e.g., $1,000). I followed the instructions from the link below, but the result show $undefined1,000.

    Hi InboundVisa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. Also, you can try to clear the cache on your form to fix the temporary issue. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

Sorry, I ended up fixing after I asked the question. There are 2 other issues that I wanted to fix:1)
can I disable the thank you page or the submission button in a form?
    2)
in the form that has the calculation widget, I can’t ignore one field. I want the calculation to consider the value of either question 2 or question 3 (not both) depending on the conditions that I added, but it’s not working. Could you assist?
