I can't see the forms that people have submitted. I did a test one to be sure and I didn't see it either. How can I see the forms that people have completed?

Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and checked your forms and can see that there are still no submissions made. I also checked your Submission limit, and it's currently 0, this means that no one has filled out the form. But if, in any case, someone filled out your form and submitted it, you can receive a Notification Email about it. Can you tell me if someone already submitted the form? If so, did you receive a Notification Email about this submission? In addition, you can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
- This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

But they have. I took the survey to test it. That's why I'm confused.

Hi Mary,
I checked your Revision History and can see that you have removed some fields and modified your form. Keep in mind that removing the fields will also remove all the data associated with that field. This might be the reason why the submissions are missing. To recover this, you can revert to the old version of the form, where the data is still there. Here's how:
- At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
- Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I still can't figure it out. Is there a chatbox or phone number so we can talk in real time?

Hi Mary,
We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.
I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hi Mary,
As I have checked your form has no submit button. Take a look at the screenshot below:
To resolve the issue, you need to add a submit button for the form to be completed and the data will appear on the submission table. Let me show you how:
1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the field at the bottom that has the Back and Next on it.
2. At the upper right, click on Add Form Element.
3. Under Basic Form elements, click on Submit.
4. Once the Submit button is added, delete the extra field that has a Back and Next on it.
5. Click on the last field that says Thank you for submitting then copy it
6. Click on the Thank you page at the bottom part then paste it.
7. Once added, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Build.
8. Go to the bottom part and click the last field then select the Trash icon.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Once you click on the Submission table, you will be able to see the data.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
