i use to have a form that when a insurance agent submitted a form it would automatically reply that we have recieved the information and our team is working on contatcing your customer to make sure their autoglass needs are met.

Hi Rick,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To send a confirmation email to someone who submitted the form, you can add an Autoresponder Email for that. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
