Access to the Store builder and the ability to have a custome domain.

Do I have to pay for jotform to get a dmain and use store builder?

You can access the Store Builder if you are on Starter (Free) Plan, but if you want a custom domain, you need to upgrade to our Enterprise plan which is a paid plan. The custom domain is not available on our individual plans. You can contact our Enterprise Sales Team through this link if you need more information.
