Unable to receive the email notification

    Hello,

    We are not receiving emails of the submitted reports- it's been atleast a couple of days now.

    Hi Eddy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address that you've use creating this ticket and can see that it is not in our Bounce List. Can you please share with us the Form URL where you're not receiving the submitted reports?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    there are a few that we are not getting emails once our employee has finished submitting the form:

    it stopped working a couple days ago... not sure what happened but I checked our email settings and we are receiving emails as usual... just no jotform ones.

    Hi Eddy,

    I've checked out the three of your forms, and noted that these two email addresses were on the email notification were on the bounce list. Can you also share with us the email addresses you have used on the second form, you shared with us? As I could not find the form because you are using the custom form URL. However, I've now removed the following two email addresses from our bounce list. So, you should be able to receive the notification emails.

    1. info@gardian.ca
    2. sheena.moore@gardian.ca

    You should add these two email addresses to your contact list: 

    1. noreply@jotform.com
    2. noreply@formresponse.com.

    To resolve an issue in the future, you can use your own server for sending the notification email. You can also whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains. These are the IP addresses:

    • 152.160.0.0/16
    • 23.251.253.0/26
    • 23.26.226.0/24

    You can refer to the guide on how to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses, and this guide will show you several reasons why you are not receiving the email notification. You can set up your own SMTP. Here are the steps you can follow in order to set SMTP with your email address:

    1. Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.

    2. Click on the Add Sender Email button.

    3. Enter the following information:

    • Email Address: {your email address}
    • Hostname: smtp.yourserver.com
    • Port: 28
    • Username: {your email address}
    • Password: {your email password}
    • Security Protocol: TLS

    Here is a detailed guide on how to set up SMTP for your form. So, that way, the notification email will be sent from your server instead of the Jotform's server.
