How can I review a copy of a completed Jot form?

Someone sent me a jot form to complete and I completed it and did not receive a copy. They are now saying I never completed the form. How can I receive a copy?

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I understand you recently filled out a form owned by another user and didn't receive a copy of your submission in email. Unfortunately, it's the form owner's choice if they want to send form-fillers a copy of the submission by setting up an Autoresponder Email. If they claim that you never completed their form, it's best to fill it out again or coordinate with them to see what else can be done to locate your submission.
