    Hi Mehreen,

    You can determine if the user qualifies as your lead based on their response to your form and then route them to a website using conditional logic. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the upper left side of the page.

    2. Drag and drop Single Choice widget on your form.

    3. Enter the label and options that you prefer.

    Now, let's set up a condition to redirect the user to a different website based on their answer:

    1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    3. Click on Change Thank You Page.
