How to create a summary report for all 11 forms for each user?

I developed CareerCatalyst™ Assessment questionnaires here in Jotform, as you're aware. It is comprised of 11 different questionnaires using Jotform. The questionnaires are not connected. When someone completes one of the questionnaires they get a report generated immediately in front of them and one emailed to them, telling them their total score, sub-scale scores, which range (low, average, high) for each score, an interpretation of their score and suggestions to them to make certain changes in their life to improve or maintain whatever quality or trait was measured by the questionnaire, e.g. focus, emotional intelligence, creativity, etc. It works VERY WELL !!

Currently, the user gets a separate email for each of the 11 questionnaires which is cumbersome. I have not yet figured out how to combine the user's results for all 11 questionnaires into one summary report and one summary email. Do you understand? Can I use the report builder in Jotform to create a Master/Summary Report that includes the user's results from all 11 questionnaires into ONE report, within Jotform? If so, how? Thank you, Jim

    Hi James,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Report Builder doesn't have a feature to consolidate reports for a single user. It is used to create reports from the data from all the submissions to a form. In the meantime, we have forwarded this issue to our relevant team to check for a workaround.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

    Hi James,

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
