Can't access the form using a mobile device

Hello, my link works at my computer but it doesn't work on my phone. Why can this happen?

How can I solve this?

As you can see, I was able to view the form using a mobile device. I've cleared your form caches because, most of the time, that fixes the issue. If the issue still persists, try using a different browser on your mobile device.
