What to Do When You Get the Form Over Quota Error

    To whom it may concern,

    today we receive a message that the quota usage for one of our forms has been reached however - there were only 8 forms submitted and not the 100 allowed per month.


    Our account is under Pugiso Ntsele however for Thornbill Netball Club.

    We are on the Free option - please advise?

    Hi Pugiso,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error message "Form Over Quota" is showing when you reach your Signed Document Limit. I checked your account, and it shows that you have 11/10 Signed Documents in your Free Plan. For the Free Plan, the limit for Signed documents is only 10 while the Silver plan is 100. If you are expecting to have more than 10 signed documents per month, it would be best to have the Bronze plan.     Re submission storage limit - how do we then manage this - do we need to delete old submissions?

    what is the limit here?

    Hi Pugiso,

    The submission storage limit is the number of submissions you can save in your account. When you receive new form submissions, and you have already reached the available limit as a result of the downgrade, old form submissions will be automatically deleted to make room for new one. I suggest saving and downloading already existing submission files.
