We can help you move the form. Please provide us with the form URL and the email address or username of the account where the form will be transferred.

Please note that if the form has a custom URL, please let the new owner create a new custom URL. The old one will no longer work as it still has your username. We also have a guide about how to create a custom URL that you can check out.
