Hi, How can I customize emails for sign docs?

Hi Troop_Event,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's no option yet to fully customize the email when sending the Signed Document. Right now, you can only add a customized message. Let me show you how:- In Form Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Send.
- Click on Send to sign on the left side of the screen and click on Send Document to sign
- Finally, click on the message icon to enter the customized message.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
