Form fillers are unable to submit our form

Please can you advise why my clients aren't able to submit forms after they have completed them?

Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? Are your clients not being redirected to the Thank You page when clicking on Submit? Is this happening with multiple forms or only a specific form? Can you share with us the URLs of the forms you're referring to? Lastly, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

Thank you for replying, it seems to be on all of them. They aren't getting
redirected to the thank you page and loosing all of the information they
previously submitted.
Seems to be only happening on WhatsApp not the email accounts.

This is happening to me as well.

I tried filling out the form & when I press submit - the thank you page doesn’t appear & im not getting the information on the back end.
