How can I create a dropdown box or multiple choice field where the options comes from existing data in a table?

We need to be able to manage a central list of options that are used in dropdown boxes or multiple choice fields in multiple forms.

How can this be done such that options will always reflect the latest available list from a data table?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a dynamic options in Dropdown or Multiple Choice elements.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
