How to restore deleted form?

Hello, I've accidentally deleted my Terms & Conditions form.

Is there any way I can retrieve it???

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you have deleted a form you can recover it from the trash folder within 30 days. Let me walk through it:

1. In My Forms scroll down and select Trash on the left.
2. Click next to the form and click on Restore.

That's it! Your form will be visible again on the main page. If the form is not in the trash, it has been already purged, or it has been deleted more than 30 days ago, I'm afraid that's not possible to restore it anymore.
