Certainly! To customize email notifications in Jot Form, follow these steps: Go to the Form Builder, then click on the "Settings" tab. Select "Emails" and choose "Autoresponder Email" to edit the email sent to respondents. Here, you can personalize the subject line, email content, and even add form fields to dynamically include user responses. Additionally, you can adjust the sender name and email address, ensuring the notification looks professional and tailored to your needs.

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. You can easily Set up an Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

To customize email notifications sent to form respondents after they submit a form, follow these steps:

    1. Choose a Form Builder: Use a form builder that supports email customization, such as Google Forms, JotForm, or Typeform.
    2. Access Notification Settings: Go to the form settings and locate the email notification section.
    3. Create a Custom Message: Write a custom email message, including a personalized subject line and body text. Include placeholders for form responses if available.
    4. Add Respondent's Email: Ensure the respondent's email field is included in the form and mapped correctly in the notification settings.
    5. Test the Notification: Submit a test response to verify that the email notification is sent correctly and appears as intended.
    6. Save and Deploy: Save your changes and deploy the form.

Each form builder has specific steps, so refer to the help documentation of your chosen platform for detailed instructions.
