Exceeded upload space, but have deleted submissions

Upload space Limit reached but i have deleted mulitple entries and it hasnt re calculated the available space. My trash is empty, nothing there.

Please assist urgently.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that deleted submissions are temporary stored in Trash temporarily for 30 days. To free up your upload space, go to Trashed entries and purge your deleted submissions. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon in the main tab.
2. Select Trashed Entries from the menu.
3. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
4. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
