Recover Lost Approval Workflow Steps

I just spent the better part of an hour laying out the framework for notification emails based on a form, and after refreshing the page, nearly half of my work has completely disappeared. Is there a way to recover a previous version of the workflow? This is entirely unacceptable, especially with no "save" option being available.

    Please advise.

    Hi TJ,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. Are you working on this form? This is what your Approval Flow looks like to me:

Unfortunately, the Approvals doesn't have a revision history available unlike in Forms and Tables, but if you can detail the missing pieces, we can forward this to our developers to see if there's a way to recover your work.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Yes, that is the form I was working with. After this issue occurred, the only complete notification branch still there is the Winds, Brass, and Percussion branch. Each of the other 5 branches in the New Submission Notifications branch (Choral, Strings, Piano, Collaborative Piano, and Guitar) had an identical split to Winds, Brass, and Percussion. Each connected to an additional conditional branch (Degree Type), and there were identical emails set for the five branches contained within Degree Type.

There were a total of six identical branches.

Is this recoverable in some way?

Or, if not, is there a way to duplicate a selection of multiple items?

    Hi TJ,

Thanks for the additional information. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers to check if it's recoverable from our backend.  Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update. As for your other question about duplication, it's also not possible, but I moved it to a new thread, so I can escalate it separately. You can check that out here.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
