Open a question box after a yes is chosen for the previous question

    Hello, I would like to learn how to build on a question in a JotForm. I have a Yes/No question and I would like the form to automatically open a "short text" box if the person selects "Yes" to add some contact details. If they select "No", no dialog box is to open. is this possible please?

    Hi Meg,

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. Can you point us to the form that you're working on, please? I checked your last form but it seems to be deleted already.

    Anyhow, you can add a Short Text on your form and conditionally show it if the person selected yes on the previous question. Let me walk you through it:
