Dropdown element: How to add 2 values in one option in the dropdown element?

Hi all - is it possible to have dropdowns separate values from labels in the options? By that i mean in the values box use a ':' or '|' to separate the value from the displayed label? Most form builders do it this way so you can reuse dropdowns between languages aka "What best describes your role?" farmer:Farmer vs farmer:Fermière vs farmer:Rolnik. The integrations for other CRM's (like HubSpot) receive the value 'farmer' but the user sees the label for their language.

    Just a question. :-)

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you asking if it is possible to assign 2 different values to one option in the dropdown element? If so, unfortunately, that is not possible. Each of the options in the dropdown menu represents a single value.

If you want the users to select different values, you can assign them to different options.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
