Hi. I have an Jotform order form (https://form.jotform.com/241627202244144) currently linked to my website. Is it possible to convert this current form to a more attractive store?

I would like a new Jotform store to have a checkout page, multiple payment gateways and calculate sales tax to U.S. buyers.

My website landing page (see attached screenshot) will link to this new Jotform store, just as the current order form is now linked.

I've found great customer support from your desk in the past. I hope I can create a nice store page without too much tech expertise.

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to have multiple payment integration in one form. But since you're using Stripe for the integration, I highly suggest you switch over to Stripe Checkout, since it supports alternative payment methods, so long as you have them activated from your Stripe account. Let me walk you through on how to switch payment integration:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button.

    2. Go to the Payments tab, and click on the three dots icon beside Stripe Integration.

    3. Next, select Switch to another gateway.

    4. Then, choose Stripe Checkout from the list of payment gateway.

    5. Lastly, you will have to Connect your Stripe account again.

On submit, customers are automatically redirected to stripe's checkout page. As for the sales tax, since you're using a user-defined amount payment type, it doesn't support setting up sales tax within the integration. A workaround would be to add a new field and calculate it using condition, which I see you already have done that.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
