Help reactivate my suspended account.

Please i need my account restored

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because your forms both named Rental application form were flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending forms. You can create the forms again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
