    Hello,

I'm wondering if it is possible to make separate columns for the product and the total.

    Hi jmiforms,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to customize your Jotform Table submissions. Please note, though, that since this is a representation of the form's submissions and not an actual Excel table, the options of column you can add is limited. To add a column and see if there's anything that would work for what you need, here's how to do it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, scroll to the last column to the right.
    2. Right beside it, you'll see the Add button to add a column. Click it.
    3. A pop-up modal will appear, giving you the only options you can have as an additional column. Feel free to choose one that'll fit your need.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

So it is not possible to do. This answer was so generic it did not help me solve the problem. Is it possible to split this information up or have the total populate its own column?

    Hi jmiforms,

I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

    Hi jmiforms,

Unfortunately, the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available. Since the Product List element is considered one field, all inputs will be seen only in one cell in the submission table. It is not possible to split the form submission data into separate columns. The workaround is to use Excel's split-to-column feature. To achieve this, follow the steps provided in this guide.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.

If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
