Ideally, I'd like to see it in some Dashboard format. Is that possible with Jotform or do you have any integration partners that can help?

    Hi Graig,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you take a screenshot of your preferred dashboard format template and send it to us so we can try to replicate it? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. Another way of presenting data is by using Jotform Reports. Jotform offers several form reports that you can use such as Visual Report, Excel Report, HTML Table Listing, Grid Listing, CSV Report, RSS listing, and Calendar listing. We also have a guide about How to Create Form Reports in Jotform that you can check out.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

For our first EE survey, we asked some open-ended questions and included questions that could be answered by selecting from Strongly Disagree - Strongly Agree. We also asked EEs to rate their job satisfaction on a scale of 1-10. I have attached a quickly-scribbled view of a dashboard. I also have an Excel spreadsheet of responses that I downloaded from Jotform, along with the responses I think could be part of a dashboard. Going forward, I'm interested to know if there are question/responses that are more conducive to being incorporated into a dashboard.Reports: Can I save report as template Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hi Graig,

Sure, if you want to present data that includes charts, you can create a report and choose your desired chart type and colors. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Report Builder.

    2. In popup dialogue, set a name of report and choose Extended report & click on Create.

    3. Scroll report to My product field and click on Gear icon to change the data and Chart Type.

    4. Under Data tab, you choose which data need to show on the report

This is fantastic. I envision asking the same questions each quarter. Is there a way to save my report as a template for repeated use?

    Hi Graig,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to save the report as a template. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
