Get the summarize count of quantity and sizes

We have a uniform ordering form and need to collect a summary of the quantity and sizes of the items ordered. How can I do this? Tried Reports and it did not work

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to collect the summary of the quantity and sizes of the items ordered. We suggest downloading the Submission as Excel. But, the product list is a single element and, unfortunately, there's no way to separate the columns if multiple products are selected at this moment. But, you can download the submission data as Excel and utilize the split to column feature for Excel. Let me show you how to download submissions:

• On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
