Unable to downgrade on the app.

I am not able to downgrade to starter level. It says to do so on the app since that is where I upgraded from. When I go to upgrade, there is not option under starter, but there is for other levels.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and can see here that you upgraded your subscription through Google Playstore, you will need to downgrade your plan through the Payments & subscriptions page on your Google Playstore.
