Hi,
I have 2 apps that have been up and running for a while...
in the past few days the two that I am currently using (and have my event participants use) does not load.
I have them saved on my home screen on iphone, but once I click on either of the apps, it gives me the following message:
Safari can't open the page.
The error was: "FetchEvent.respondWith received an error: TypeError: Load failed".
Can you please help me solve this issue asap?
Some of our event participants depend on the info on the app.
Thank you for your help
chuthis. team
PS - the link below is the app that is causing us the most trouble, in the sense that our event is up and running this week, as we speak, and we need it running properly.

Hi chuthis. team,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I accessed the link you've provided both on my PC and an Android phone, and it seems to be opening just fine. Check out the screencast and screenshot below for my result:

I've cleared out the cache of your account to fix the minor bugs. Can you try again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, can you verify if this issue is happening to all types of devices that access your apps? Also, is this happening only when the app is added to the home screen and accessed from there, or even if they just open the link?
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
