new form merchant ID not working

    I created a new form. it shows the same API Login ID and Transaction Key as my other forms that work, but this one give me and other customers an error message that the Merchant ID or password is incorrect. I tried looking at Authorize.net help page but I don't see my issue addressed.

    Can you try to generate a new Transaction key and re-integrate Authorize.Net into your form? I found a guide from Authorize.Net about Steps to Generate Your API ID and Transaction/Signature Key that you can check out. We also have a guide about How to Integrate Authorize.Net With Jotform that you can check out.

    We'd really rather not mess with the Transaction Key if possible to keep all of our other forms working. I'll check out your attached guides or else try to clone a different form to see if it keeps the settings correct.
