I am many pages into an application for a client to a treatment facility. I can't seem to get back onto Jotforms to complete the document. Reset my password at least twice but it won't let me log in. Thanks, Todd

    Hi Brentley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the email address that you are using to contact us, I saw that this email address is tied to a temporary Jotform account, which can only be accessed once.

If you want to create a Starter plan account, you can Sign Up for a Jotform Account. After signing up, you should be able to access your drafted form submission.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

When I went to sign up for an account, I got a notification that my email is already associated with an account. Please help.

    Hi Brentley,

I have converted the Guest Account into a Starter plan account. Please reset the password for you to be able to log in to the account. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
